Victoria Harbour
As the sun sets and the light fades, Victoria harbour (from the Kowloon side), becomes a great place to take pictures. Taking photographs at night can be a challenge and If you're serious about getting good shots, a tri-pod becomes a necessity! As my introduction points out, I prefer to take pictures (scenic ones), using available light. Flash photography can leave you with lifeless pictures. This shot displays the IFC building (the big one to the left) and a vessel I was later to take a 24 hour cruise on (another great way to explore the harbour). If planning a visit to Hong Kong make sure you take a trip to this area as night falls.
